博士、副研究员、科研管理处副处长

主要从事科研管理、转基因生物安全管理政策研究和国际合作、转基因科学普及等工作,主持研究任务7项,发表论文24篇,出版著作16部,获专利授权5项,获“科普先进个人”、2次“全国优秀科普作品奖”。
