博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家优秀青年基金获得者。
近年来围绕我国玉米育种和产业面临的重大战略需求和发展方向,致力于玉米耐密改良遗传基础解析及育种技术创新的研究;解析了近几十年来现代玉米育种过程中的表型和遗传选择规律,挖掘了一批调控玉米耐密株型和抗逆性状的关键基因,并创新性的开发了可两代内实现目标性状定向改良的“单倍体介导的基因编辑技术(IMGE)”。目前,主持国家自然科学基金、国家转基因专项子任务、北京市自然科学基金等各级科学基金项目6项。以第一或共同通讯作者在Nature Genetics、Molecular Plant(2篇)等国际著名期刊上发表论文7篇,其中一篇论文入选SCIE “高被引论文”,一篇入选F1000推荐论文;申请国家发明专利15项;并多次受邀在国内外重要学术会议上做大会报告;荣获“中国农学会青年科技奖”、第二届“范云六院士青年科技创新奖”;获得“国家自然科学基金-优秀青年基金项目”及“中国农业科学院农科英才-领军人才B类”的特殊支持;担任Genomics、Plant Molecular Biology, Molecular Breeding等国际期刊的特约审稿人。在国内外取得了良好的学术影响力。
