研究目标：瞄准国家“大食物观“战略和草种业科技创新需求，开展苜蓿等饲草作物多组学数据构建，解析饲草作物重要育种性状形成的分子基础，发展饲草作物智能设计育繁种技术体系，创制突破性饲草作物优异新种质，推动饲草种业跨越发展。

Research Objectives: Aiming at the national strategy of "all-encompassing approach to food" and the demand for technological innovation in the forage seed industry, carrying out multi omics data construction for forage crops such as alfalfa, demonstrating the molecular basis of important breeding traits of forage crops, developing intelligent design breeding and breeding technology systems for forage crops, creating breakthrough new germplasm for forage crops, and promoting the leapfrog development of forage industry.
