主要从事农作物秸秆的高值转化利用和微生物智能细胞工厂构建等研究。开发了利用秸秆高效生物合成人造淀粉和单细胞蛋白的生物炼制新技术,建立了工业酶丝状真菌表达平台。以第一或通讯作者在Sci. Bull.、Biotechnol. Biofuels和Microb. Cell. Fact.等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文14篇,授权发明专利16项,主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、国家自然科学基金面上及青年项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等7项。研发的多种酶制剂与企业签订技术转让/开发合同4项,累计到账金额420万元。
