主要研究领域与成果

玉米高产耐逆协同改良基因资源挖掘和智能设计技术研究,获得中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖杰出科技创新奖等奖励,主持农业生物育种重大专项子课题、北京市自然基金、中国农业科学院课题等;在Nature Communications、Cell Reports、Molecular Plant、Plant Communications、Plant Biotechnology Journal、New Phytologist 等国际期刊发表SCI论文30多篇,H指数20,高被引论文3篇;担任Agriculture Communications学术编辑及青年编委等。担任Advanced Science, Phytomedicine, Genes & diseases等10多个期刊审稿人。

研究领域:

聚焦玉米高产耐逆协同调控遗传基础和设计改良,通过生物信息学及人工智能技术,结合基因编辑以及合成生物学等技术手段,解析作物株型、产量、环境适应性等重要农艺性状的遗传调控网络和分子机制,借助人工智能技术进行玉米重要农艺性状的智能设计和遗传改良,为高产优质的智能适应作物新品种提供理论支持和新材料。
