聚焦农兽用药物研发,以微生物活性代谢产物为研究对象,借助基因组学、代谢组学、合成生物学等技术手段开展新型活性代谢产物挖掘与生物合成研究。研究结果以第一或通讯作者在Proc Natl Acad Sci USA、J Am Chem Soc等期刊上发表论文14篇,获得5项国家发明专利授权。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金委面上和青年项目、中国农业科学院青年创新专项等课题。
