1999年获兰州大学生命科学院博士学位。

1999年至2001年中国农业科学院博士后。

2001年至今在中国农业科学院生物技术研究所。


2007年1月至今中国农业科学院生物技术研究所研究员。






社会兼职:中国植物保护学会生物安全专业委员会委员,海南大学客座教授。

主要研究领域与成果

主要从事转基因作物安全和植物功能基因组学等方面的研究。

先后主持完成了国家863项目、自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项等研究课题。在转基因作物环境安全评价方面,完成了我国玉米、水稻基因飘流的空间分布特征和主产区各县的最大阈值距离研究,为我国转基因玉米、水稻的基因飘流风险管控提供重要技术支持。在植物功能基因研究方面,克隆并鉴定出一批植物抗旱和调控脂肪代谢的相关基因。克隆自沙生植物柠条的抗旱基因已应用于作物分子育种。利用EMS诱变,获得抗苯磺隆类除草剂的胡麻突变体材料,已应用与胡麻主产区。

主编《水稻转基因飘流》,参编《中国植物保护百科全书-生物安全卷》等专著4部。授权国家发明专利5项。获省科技进步二等奖两项。发表SCI研究论文46篇,指导培养研究生26名。
