BRI has been built a comprehensive science and technology facilities composed of key laboratories and research centers. BRI also owns 7000 square meters of laboratories, 1200 square meters of greenhouses, and field stations in Hainan (Ledong and Sanya), Hebei (Langfang), Hubei(Macheng) and Liaoning(Yingkou). All above facilities provide important supports for the research of a large-scale gene transformation, molecular breeding, new crop variety development, and bio-safety evaluation of genetically modified organisms, etc.
