    Research Area:

    My research program focused on enhancing crop abiotic and biotic stress resistance using biotech approaches. Current research activities involve in molecular cloning and functional analysis of plant pathogen defense genes such as NPR1, NDR1 etc. in signal pathways through transgenic approach; Disclose the mechanism of viruses evolved to virus circumvent the RNA degradation mechanism of host cells, thereby providing new sight to antiviral strategy for crop protection.
    Recent years, we undertook research projects granted by National Hi-tech (863), Ministry of Agriculture, and National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), respectively .
